Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By ordering from me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all people that order from me.

2. Payment

You have a choice on how your are going to pay me, here are your options: After each frame/screen - their will be a watermark until you pay - or pay the first 50% of the price upfront then pay the ending 50% upon completion.
These are the payment methods that I accept: Binance, Paypal or Robux. The client must cover fees and taxes, such as the Roblox 30% fee.

3. Ordering

When ordering provide clear information and details including optional references for better quality work.

Pricing can be negotiated depending on how complicated the frame(s) are. You will be offered a discount when ordering 6 frames or more together.
Orders can take from 1-2 days per frame if only designed, however if importing is included a frame can take from 1-3 days. Delays caused by the client impacts the delivery time. The maximum time a frame usually can take is 4 days however this isn't guaranteed.
The average delivery time of a frame is ~2 days.

4. Process

Work will either start after the 50% up-front payment or if paying per frame I will start as soon as I clearly respond that I'm starting on your project.
You will be sent a watermark preview however once you have fully paid you will receive the frame(s) without a watermark.
The final files will be sent after the full payment. You will be given no refunds after the work begins.

5. Revisions

You will be given 3 minor free edits per frame however I may decline free revisions if the revision is a major edit.
After your 3 minor free revisions per frame, you will have to pay for extra revisions on top of the free ones - price will be discussed privately.

6. Deadlines & Delays

Before I begin I will give you a range on how long the frame you want me to work on will take.
You will receive a 30% discount on the frame I don't deliver after the range I've given you.
If you cause delays you will not be receiving a discount, this isn't my responsibility.

7. Portfolio Publicity

I may post work that I have completed for you on social platforms or my portfolio.
To make your project private, let me know before I complete the work.

8. Project Usage

The client cannot resell or monetize the work they have payed for in any form.
Credits when posting my work on social media would be appreciated!
